📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Oversee office operations, including facility management and administrative tasks.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s vision and values.
• Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
• Provide support to the management team in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Previous experience in a luxury hospitality setting is a plus.
