📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored property recommendations.
• Market and promote properties using CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Coordinate with developers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Manage and update client records, tracking progress and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and regulatory changes in Bali's real estate sector.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury or high-end properties.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of Bali's real estate market, including local regulations and trends.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid real estate sales certification or license (preferred but not mandatory).
