📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including developers, testers, and system administrators.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking, is a plus.
