As a Finance & Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, including monthly, quarterly, and annual filings.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
