📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment collection, and follow-up on overdue accounts.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of clients.
• Resolve disputes and issues related to invoicing and payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding their invoices and payments.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in accounts receivable practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role in a multinational company.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
