📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Process and manage orders using SAP and Oracle systems
- Coordinate with sales, production, and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Update and maintain customer records and order databases
- Monitor inventory levels and stock availability
- Generate and analyze reports on order processing performance
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service and order processing
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or logistics
- Proficient in using SAP and Oracle systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards
- Certification in customer service or related field is a plus
