🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
- Proven experience in managing HR functions in a fast-paced, growing company
- Certification in HR management or related field is a plus
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with HR software like BambooHR and Greenhouse
