📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role in the banking or financial services industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using banking software such as Core Banking System and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
