Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with development and product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that helps clients understand and use our products effectively,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure consistency and quality,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing support to our sales and customer success teams,Assist in the creation of training materials and user guides,Participate in product development discussions to ensure that documentation needs are considered early in the process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Experience with technical documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
