Stripe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy and Operations Lead to join our Deal Pricing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of our deal pricing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our pricing strategies are aligned with our business goals and are executed efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement strategic pricing models and frameworks to maximize revenue and profitability.,Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Deal Pricing team, ensuring that processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.,Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure that pricing strategies are aligned with market conditions and customer needs.,Analyze pricing data and market trends to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and growth.,Develop and maintain pricing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Mentor and develop the skills of team members to ensure ongoing growth and success.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pricing strategy and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in pricing strategy and operations, preferably in a technology or financial services company.,Strong understanding of pricing models, including cost-plus, value-based, and competitive pricing.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven recommendations.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in pricing software and tools, such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.
