📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.,Monitor store performance against set targets and KPIs, and report to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
