📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to identify and report software defects.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure new features do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies and tools to enhance testing processes.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior QA engineers.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Generate and analyze test reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or JUnit.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
