In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our manufacturing business, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the manufacturing business, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and provide strategic financial advice to the management team.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making processes.,Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate and individual income tax returns, VAT returns, and other tax obligations.,Manage the relationship with external auditors and ensure compliance with internal audit requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and practices in Indonesia.
