In this role, you will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring high-quality products, and maintaining efficient operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.,Monitor inventory levels and order raw materials as needed.,Inspect finished products to maintain quality standards.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Collaborate with the management team to improve production processes and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Knowledge of production management software and tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.,Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
