📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of retail and convenience stores across Bali, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of store managers and operations staff to drive excellence in retail operations.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and customer traffic to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the national headquarters to ensure consistency in brand standards and operational practices.
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Power BI and Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and national retail laws.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the retail operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail operations and convenience store management, with a proven track record of success.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of store managers and operations staff.
• Strong knowledge of retail software and systems, including POS (Point of Sale) systems, inventory management tools, and data analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Certification in retail operations or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment is a must.
