📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize the company's mining asset portfolio, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize asset value and minimize operational risks.
• Conduct thorough financial and operational analyses using SAP and other relevant software.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance with environmental and social standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Leverage Microsoft Power BI to create insightful dashboards and visualizations for data-driven decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mining operations, portfolio management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in managing mining assets and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
