📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of tax consultants and providing expert advice on a wide range of tax-related issues.
  • Developing and implementing tax strategies for clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Providing training and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that tax-related issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in tax law and regulations.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Ensuring that all tax-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

    Kualifikasi:

  • A degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in tax consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Experience in leading a team of tax consultants.
