In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance.,Ensure that all vehicles are in good condition and meet safety standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to optimize cost efficiency.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet performance and productivity.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and any issues that arise.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving fleet performance and reducing costs.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
