📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control and stock management.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotions.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Assist in training and developing junior staff members.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.,Assist in coordinating with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail or store management roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Willingness to travel and work in different store locations.
