In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. You will work closely with department heads to ensure that our team is equipped with the right skills and resources to excel in their roles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding, using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job portals.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company guidelines.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees using HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Lead employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration using payroll software.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is preferred.
