📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HRIS team in maintaining and updating HR information systems.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other HR team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Proficient in using HR management software such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
