📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop high-quality PCB layouts using Altium Designer and KiCad, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to integrate hardware and software components seamlessly.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of PCB designs to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design issues, working closely with the manufacturing team to address any production challenges.
• Optimize PCB designs for cost, performance, and manufacturability, considering factors such as material selection and assembly processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations, and apply this knowledge to your work.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for PCB design within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in PCB design.
• Proven experience with Altium Designer and KiCad, with a strong understanding of PCB design principles and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of electronic components, including resistors, capacitors, inductors, and integrated circuits.
• Experience with schematic capture, layout design, and signal integrity analysis.
• Familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes, including surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
• Professional certification in PCB design (e.g., Certified PCB Designer, IPC Certified Technician) is a plus.
