Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Ensure that all activities are conducted efficiently and in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and supervise the branch staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.
  • Monitor and report on branch performance metrics.
