📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Lead and manage a team of 15-20 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity in logistics and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build professional relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the logistics or manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational improvements.
• Strong understanding of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management methodology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
