📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and balance inquiries.,Verify customer identification and maintain confidentiality of customer information.,Process and record all financial transactions accurately and securely.,Monitor and maintain the cash handling procedures to prevent theft or loss.,Assist in the opening and closing of the bank's cash drawer, ensuring the correct amount of cash is present.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash handling area.,Stay up-to-date with banking regulations and procedures to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Teller or similar role in a banking or financial institution is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse customer base.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security measures.,Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customers professionally.
