As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our products and services. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write user manuals, quick start guides, API documentation, and other technical content.,Ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features and changes.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Work with the marketing team to create product brochures, white papers, and other promotional materials.,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Proven ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Strong understanding of software development processes and terminology.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.,Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken.
