Provide comprehensive dialysis treatments to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.,Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any emergencies promptly.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.,Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.,Collaborate with the medical team to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.,Assist in patient education and support, promoting a positive healthcare experience.,Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.,Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in dialysis nursing.,Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).,Familiarity with dialysis equipment and procedures.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.,Fluency in English is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
