Bright Town Unggul is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and execution of daily menu items, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee the preparation of ingredients and ensure they are fresh and of high quality.,Cook and prepare dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen management software.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
