🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role in the advertising industry.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.,Strong understanding of the advertising industry and its talent needs.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
