📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct cost analysis to ensure that procurement activities are conducted in the most cost-effective manner.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to procurement is a plus.
