📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit assigned customers to collect payments and resolve any issues related to their loans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections and communications with customers.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Collaborate with the collections team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.,Follow up on overdue loans and work towards resolving them in a timely manner.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.,Attend training sessions and meetings as required.,Any other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations.,Ability to use basic computer software and mobile applications.
