📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Take and record customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage the cash register, including opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Handle cash handling and bank deposits as required.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a food service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
